Spoilt was adopted and taken home today and I have to say that it was one of the most emotional moments since I've been at the SPCA. Spoilt and 25 other dogs were rescued from dire conditons at a no kill shelter in Hendersonville, N.C. back in Febuary. All of which have been adopted but Jax. I cried when I said goodbye and that was the first time of many I'm sure. I never realized just how cathartic what I do is. If it weren't for the Virginia Beach SPCA Spoilt would have lived the rest of his life in a miserable place. Some people ask me why I would volunteer my time for free, and if you have to ask why then you'll never understand. Congrats spoilt I hope you are happy at your new place.
